Website privacy information.

Last updated: 9 July 2026

This page explains what happens to information you share with Raptrr through this website. It is written in plain terms so it is easy to read, and it covers the site as it actually works today. It is not a substitute for tailored legal advice.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to submit through the forms on this site, plus the ordinary technical logs any web server keeps.

Early access form:

  • Name
  • Work email
  • Organization
  • Your role
  • How you're reaching out (organization, skilled professional, training or operations leader, research or technology collaborator, or other)
  • Area of interest (industrial maintenance, manufacturing, skilled trades, field service, agriculture, or something else)
  • A short description of the knowledge or workflow you'd want to preserve
  • Country (optional)

Contact form:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Organization (optional)
  • What the message is about (pilot interest, partnership, media, or general inquiry)
  • Your message

We also receive standard server logs when you visit the site — things like your IP address, browser type, and the page requested — the same information any web server records to keep a site running and secure.

How we use it

We use what you submit to respond to you and to understand the knowledge and workflows organizations want to preserve, so we can shape early access accordingly. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it to anyone.

Where it goes

When you submit a form, the details may be forwarded to an internal inbox or service we've configured to receive them. If no such service is configured, the submission is simply logged on our server and never leaves it. Either way, we don't share form submissions with third-party ad networks or data brokers.

Cookies & analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. By default it ships with no analytics at all. If analytics is switched on, it is a privacy-conscious, cookieless page-view beacon — it does not track you across sites, build a profile of you, or use session replay.
